Distorted domination-driven societal systems would have us deflated and disempowered, internalizing these fears, and buying into the false idea that we are not good enough AS WE ARE. Caught in compromising cycles of striving to prove or attain something that is always just beyond reach

PETAL ONE: DANCE & MOVEMENT
Movement is life. Everything is dancing and spiraling in and out of existence, constantly changing, swirling, and cycling. It is our root human nature to more deeply connect with The Dance of Life through movement. We amplify the power and mystery of  The Great Goddess Dance of Existence when we dance. 
PETAL TWO: TEMPLE, RITUAL & CEREMONY
Being in intentional temple space and reclaiming the role of ritual and ceremony in our lives fortifies our connection to spirit and the magic of existence. We co-create an alchemical cauldron where our personal processes are held safely in an energetic container. We enter a timeless and rarified space where transformation, transmutation and communion can occur.
PETAL THREE: ARCHETYPAL EXPLORATION
Archetypes are the building blocks of our shared human experience and universal, foundational energies that relate to us all. They are containers of consciousness that we all hold within. As quantum physics shows us, a witness is a crucial element in change and manifestation.  Being witnessed by another in love and integrity helps us to catalyze our experiences and move through them in grace and gratitude. We are here to fully witness one another without advising, needing to change, fix, or dissipate. We “hold space” for one another in whatever is coming up and through in love and acceptance. We co-create a space of safety where all can feel seen.

These primordial movements, sacred shapes, pathways, postures and poses are universal in nature and encoded with deep, expansive medicine that unlock wisdom stored in your cellular carbon-based body. When practiced they can awaken you into powerful, personal spiritual gnosis - knowing thyself as divine! These weekly sessions are the heart of our Mystery School work, 90 - 120 minute temples including dance, embodiment practice, rituals, sacred inquiry, meditations and personal & group reflection.

These supplementary classes hold a focus on refinement and development of movements and practices offered in our main temple sessions. They provide us the space and time to practice and deepen with our foundational embodiment techniques and sequences.

Hello Beloved,
I am Sedona Swan Soulfire, a present-day priestess, goddess empowerment coach and sacred embodiment artist. It is an honor to serve as your guide through The Divine Feminine Movement Mysteries.
  For the past 20 years, I have guided women in sacred dance and ritual embodiment. Witnessing the transformations that occur when women take the time to love and nurture their bodies through movement, magic, and intention never ceases to amaze me.

I am here to serve as your mirror sister, reflecting to you your strength, wisdom and wild liberated magic. It is my honor to guide you home to meet your body and your soul-self with absolute love and devotion.

In a world that has been so drastically out of balance for so many years, I am committed to restoring inner and outer harmony in myself, my life, my community, and in the world. Primarily, I work with the feminine because I believe the world is desperately in need of the medicine of the awakened, embodied, fully expressed feminine. I envision a world where every woman knows her body as the sacred temple it is, stands strong anchored in adoring self love and feels safe in courageously shining her unique light in the world.
  I have been initiated through the 13 Moon Mystery School; a Celtic Avalonian Star lineage of alchemy rooted in the exploration and embodiment of frequency as expressed through Divine Feminine archetypes. I am also a certified Temple Guide through the Priestess Presence Temple and have moved through initiatory training in both the Rosa Mystica and 7 Sisters Mystery Schools.
I marry all of my priestess arts study and cultivation with a lifetime of dance training, teaching and performance.

Dance has always been my most powerful instrument of empowerment, connection and personal awakening. As I deepened on my dance path my soul yearned for spaces, places and teachers that were making the mystical connections between movement and spiritually and approaching the dance in a sacred way. This desire inspired two decades of travel and study of esoteric embodiment traditions and mystical arts. I marry all of this together to bring you The Divine Feminine Movement Mysteries. I can honestly say it is the embodiment course I always wanted to take.
It is my deepest joy and honor to call us together in sacred space to connect, grow, amplify in our embodied power and dance in the light of our souls true majesty. 


I took Sedona's online classes when I'd been stressed, grieving and feeling disconnected from my body. I was stiff, didn't really feel my presence in space, and wasn't feeling so connected to beauty. Sedona's class was a remedy for all of this. In the end, the benefits I realized were many. I felt looser, freer and regained the sense of my movement in space. Just as much, I absorbed Sedona's joy and her ability to communicate beauty and gratitude.

She helped me understand, in my body, that joy and grief can inhabit us at the same time. That we can grieve but also be in joy even during the grieving process. That joy is healing, even though it doesn't negate our grieving -- nor would we want it to. It's good to honor both: our joy and our grief.

I have been working with Sedona for over five years (wOw), and I can hardly put into words the transformation that has occurred. So for brevity, I will focus on the post-pandemic temple work we did in the summer/fall of 2022. At that time, I was in a rough space and disassociated from my body from years of stress and isolation. In particular, I experienced a lot of pain and sorrow in my womb, and I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids. The doctor wanted to perform a hysterectomy. I refused, choosing to go the holistic route with herbs, diet, and dance. The particular movement style Sedona shared was probably the best thing I could do to "clear" and heal my womb. The rhythmic grinding through the hips and the abdomen and shaking was the perfect formula. I highly recommend this practice for women who want to work on their reproductive health regardless of their age.
